Pork Chops and Veggies


Bone-In Pork Chops

1pkg Mushrooms

1lb Bag of Carrots

1 Large Yellow Onion

Garlic Salt


Olive Oil


Season the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper then brown them in a skillet with a little olive oil in it. Cook about 4 minutes on each side. When brown on each side place chops in a 9×13 baking dish (or a foil pan for a freezer meal!). Peel and chunk the carrots and onions and throw on top of the meat. Next wash and chunk the mushrooms. Next drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle a little more pepper and garlic salt. (We love garlic, use regular salt if you don’t).Cover with foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes with foil on. If using it as a freezer meal, set it in fridge the night before to thaw. Keep foil on and bake at 350 degrees for 50 Minutes. Super easy and flavorful!
