Sausage Wontons

These little guys are great for last minute party snacks! They are easy and simple to prepare. With a toddler at my side, I am usually making quick and simple recipes! Creamy and cheesy goodness……yum yum!

1 Pkg. Wonton Wraps

1 Lb. Sausage

2 Blocks Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese

1 1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese (can use Colby Jack or Sharp Cheddar)

1/2 C. Ranch Dressing

1 tsp. Garlic Salt

1 can diced Black Olives (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly spray muffin tins and place a wonton wrapper in each. You can leave edges sharp like mine or you can fold them in a little. Just make sure to leave enough space in the middle for the filling. In the oven they go for 5 minutes. When they are done take out of the muffin tin and place wontons on a baking sheet. Repeat process until all wontons are cooked. While waiting on the wraps, brown the sausage and drain grease. Place cooked sausage back in the pan and add all ingredients. Stir on low heat until cheese is melted. Place a spoonful or two of the filling in each wonton. Depending on how much filling you want in each. Back in oven they go for another 5-8 minutes. Until the wonton is brown.
